SUMMER CAMP 2024

Where: Vestal High School Stadium

Time: 4pm - 6pm

Ages: Kindergarten through 8th grade

Participants will learn field hockey skill in a challenging and fun environment. The camp will focus on skill development through exciting drills and games. Skills taught will include dribbling, passing, receiving, positioning, shooting and goal keeping. Includes drills for specific situations, conditioning techniques and game play.

Vickie Sax, Vestal Varsity Coach, will be leading camp and it will be a lot of fun while learning new skills.
